Pets allowed with pet deposit or pet rent (tenant chooses). Newer house means lower utility payments than older houses. The house has hookups for cable and Mediacom high speed internet (other options may be available). The house has everything you need from stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven) to washer/dryer and so much more (not furnished though).
