St. Catholic school is across the street. The carpets are being cleaned but the house does need work. It has good bones but looking for someone that has a proven track record of paying rent on time and would be capable of doing handyman stuff on house. I have reduced the rent considerably as well. It has 955 sq feet on main floor and upstairs and 340 downstairs and it does stay dry. Good size lot with back alley and storage shed.
