There is plenty of storage space in the basement, a laundry room, and a detached garage/shop for your use. The home is on a well and septic system. The tenant is responsible for propane and electricity. Pet's allowed with owner approval. They must not disturb the cattle. Outside buildings are off limits and for farm use only. Application fee: $35 per application. Each resident over the age of 18 years old must submit a separate rental application. Application fees are non-refundable. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
