Other than listed home has a working fireplace but asking tennant not to use for safety reasons; however it is a beautiful fireplace in the main living room. Home is up to code so all smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors all working and in compliance with state laws. No smoking indoors or lease is broken. Very nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Nice private back yard with outbuilding (shed) for power equipment and lawn mower storage. $900 deposit and $900 first months rent due on or before move in date and when lease is accepted and signed by both parties. Negative things about this home - Basement will get slightly wet during rainy seasons. There is a fully functional and relatively new sump pump in the basement that will kick on when rain is heavy. Suggest keeping a good dehumidifier (not provided) in basement; but otherwise basement is well lit and dry most of the time. Other negative aspects of this home is the driveway. You must enter driveway slow to avoid bottoming out. If a very low sitting vehicle the driveway up to carport may not work out for you. I had and could pull a Ford Focus up driveway but had to enter it slow and at an angle. SUVs and trucks have no problem. Also driveway is a little tight.
