Monthly Rentals are only available between January 2024 - April 21, 2024 only. Advertised rate is only applicable for stays of 60 days or more which is the required minimum length of stay and stay must be within date range above. NO STUDENTS! The first set of stairs takes you up to the main living area. This floor has an open concept layout encompassing the well-equipped kitchen that provides a coffee maker and Keurig for those specialty blends in the morning. The wood floors span throughout the living room creating a bright and cheery atmosphere. The sliders lead out until a deck that is perfect for enjoying a beverage on a late summer evening. There is a bedroom on the main level with a King bed, TV, large closet, and a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. The upstairs level has a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, TV and access to a full, hall bathroom. The second bedroom on this level has a Queen bed and has access to the full, hall bathroom. The primary, oceanside bedroom has a King size bed, TV, and a private, ensuite bath. There is a small deck off the primary bedroom to take in the island views and watch the morning sunrise. The unit features a ground level storage closet for guest use with some beach toys inside, and provides a charcoal grill and a outdoor shower area. The property is only two blocks away from the ocean which makes it easy to enjoy visit the beach and then return to relax at the property. Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Bunk Beds Parking: Parking for three vehicles under carport and in driveway. Pets Policy: Pets welcome (dogs) with a nonrefundable fee of $400/pet. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation. Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
