3 Bedroom Homes on East Side / Section 8 OK This is a cute 3 bedroom home with a basement and back yard. Current listed price may be reduced depending on the response and family size. The hardwood floors are beautiful, and we recently installed new flooring in the upper bedroom. I'd like to have to have a solid family who will care for the house and make it their home. I want to be a "good landlord" I want the house to be one I'd be comfortable living in. We try to get things fixed promptly, if there is ever a problem. I give tenants my phone number if the property manager doesn't get on something promptly. (She is on top of things, but occasionally something slips through the cracks.) My goal is to provide good rentals at a fair price. Section 8 tenants are not just OK, but encouraged. If you are Section 8, please be ready to explain how you care for the property. We want people who take care of things. Credit and eviction check will normally be run on applicants, prior to leasing. The cost is $35, but we won't ask for that unless it's better than 50% we'll rent to you if you have a clean history. If you have explanations for past problems, we'll listen.
