The cottage has a private entrance with parking for two cars out front. The main floor has an entryway, eat-in kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer, and a spacious living room with hardwood floors. Upstairs are two carpeted bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub/shower. All utilities are included except phone/internet. Pets will be considered. No smoking permitted in the cottage. Electricity, water/sewer and trash are paid by owner. Only utility paid by the tenant is internet/cable. Pets are considered on a case by case basis.
