This large 2 bedroom home has lots of space: partially finished basement, laundry in basement, gas heating, partially fenced yard, storage shed, off-street parking, and more. There is a large bedroom on the first floor, bathroom is on first floor, second floor is a large loft area with one large bedroom and plenty of built-in storage space.You can either complete zillow application (which I believe has a fee) or ask me for the free application, although we still require a credit and background check before signing ($45). This is a lovely corner lot with privacy in the front yard thanks to the bushes. This is near a school and close to everything you need, MSU, LCC, state capital, Shopping, and recreation. Old town is just a few minutes away with many great restaurants, river trails, and more. Security deposit and first-month rent due at signing. If the security deposit is the only obstacle for signing, let us know and we can work something out. Tenant responsible for all utilities. There is off-street parking. Tenants pay for all utilities and are responsible for lawn care, if you prefer summer lawn care to be taken care of, there would be an additional $40 a month to rent, but snow removal would still be tenant responsibility.
