Welcome to 1506 James St in Old Town in the City of Lansing. This home is for longer short-term rentals - meaning a minimum of 3 months per rental. The house is fully furnished and we do host this house on Airbnb. The home is comfortably furnished and move-in ready. All beds have memory foam mattresses. The home has central air and central heat. We pay for all utilities including electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, Wifi, yard and snow removal. The River Trail/river is 100 steps from the front door. Plenty of restaurants/bars/yoga/shopping/art within 5 minute walk. Meat BBQ (visited by Guy Fieri) is 4 minute walk. LCC is 1/2 mile down river trail. MSU an easy 10 minute drive as are Hospitals. Downtown Lansing is walkable as is the Brenke Fish Ladder. 3 comfortable bedrooms with two have 55 inch Smart TVs. 300mbps internet for streamers. 65 inch Smart TV in living room. Full kitchen with Keurig and K cups. Grill outside in our fenced in back yard. Old Town is super charming and walkable and has lots to do. The Turner Dodge house is across the street and makes for a gorgeous sitting front porch area. Owner pays all utilities including: Electric Gas Water Trash Sewer Wifi Yard cleanup Snow removal
