Higgins Beach winter rental property. Beautiful spot with ocean views from every room steps to the beach. Five year old house, rental includes all utilities. Available November 1 through April 30, there may be a little flexibility on those dates. First and last months rent and security deposit required at lease signing. All utilities are included. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. There is a cap on the heat. Tenant pays any propane bills over $2200 for the six month period(the heat allowance should last for the whole winter, unless you keep the heat very very high, or leave the windows open !!). I'm OK with the dog, but I will need to meet the dog before I approve pets. I am allergic to cats, so that's an absolute NO! there is Wi-Fi, cable, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and several others. All included.
