It is a great location adjacent to South Riding, Arcola and Willowsford. Location very close to Highway 50, Braddock Road as well as Route 606. Type of renters we are looking for? Best suited for: Full time working and quiet professionals. No mess or drama please. You would have your own room. Rental Fee If renting one room (would have to share kitchen, bathroom, laundry room with other co-tenants): $1000 If you do not want any co-tenants and would like the place exclusively, the rent would be: $1800 All utilities included in the rent cost (Water, Gas, Heating, Electricity and Internet). No pets; no smoking please. Plenty of parking spaces in the community. The rental fee includes all utility costs. 6 month lease by default (could be flexible based on candidate's situation).
