Very well equipped home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, large outdoor patio with grill, beach wagons, towels, toys, etc. Clean, comfortable, and we strive to exceed all expectations. 15 min to downtown Holland. Located in Holland, Michigan on a quiet street in the historic Ottawa beach community. The beach house is literally next door to Holland State Park and the Mt. Pisgah Sand Dunes with beautiful Lake Michigan beaches less than a 10 minute walk away. Making family memories here is easy.Downtown Holland with all of its great shopping, dining, and sightseeing is a 15 minute drive away. Grand Haven and Saugatuck are around 30 minutes, and Grand Rapids around 45 minutes. House and Amenities The beach house is very clean, well maintained, nicely furnished, and over-equipped for comfortable living and enjoying family time together. Each bed is newer and comfortable with clean high quality linens and towels. There's central air to keep your group cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There are five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. A master bed/bath is on the main floor, along with an extra half-bath off the kitchen. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Downstairs, is another 750 sq/ft of recently finished living space with a bedroom, full bathroom, kids room/playroom with bunks and a second family room with 65" TV and kitchenette. This home lives well! The kitchen (on the main floor) is fully stocked, easily seats 6-8, and includes everything you need to cook great meals (quality knives, pots/pans, silverware, dishes, cups, coffee maker, French press, etc.) along with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven, and a Weber gas grill with grill tools for the oversized patio. Enjoy high speed internet/wifi, Sonos speakers, and both TVs have Roku. Note: there are no TVs in bedrooms and this house doesn't have cable - all TVs have Roku for streaming your own Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. Gas fireplace in the winter, and in the summer, grill out on the patio. Go to the beach with plenty of items in the garage, including two big beach wagons, kids' toys, corn hole, Bluetooth speaker, umbrella, and much more. When you get back, there's a shower outside. When you need it, there's a huge top-of-the-line LG washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and most other household appliances you might need. This is our own personal family vacation home. We enjoy making family memories here with our four little girls and we've done our best to make it a comfortable, enjoyable, and special place.
