About 42 N Wiota: Our house is a beautiful, classic and charming West Philadelphia working man's rowhome built in the early 1900s. 1br one bath, single-family residence on Wiota Street, a quiet, one-way street two blocks from Presbyterian Hospital, and directly next to the amazing Wiota St Garden. The 2nd bedroom is currently a home office. The downstairs has a small sitting area in the front of the house, the kitchen and dining table are in the middle of the first floor, and a small den with a television. We will provide a device for streaming shows, as we do not have cable. The entry to the basement and backyard are both off of the backroom/den. The bedroom is on the second-floor front, and the small office is on the second-floor rear, overlooking the backyard and garden. All spaces are available to the sublet tenant. We place our personal belongings in the closet in the office (this closet will be locked). There is a washer/dryer in the basement, and ALL furnishings and utilities are included. Walk in / out of a sublet with everything in place! Please reach out if you are interested and we can set up a chat and time to see the place! Six month sublet, with ability to potentially add an extra month if needed. Pets on a case by case basis. Respectfully asking for extra $100 a month if a couple or 3 people occupying the sublet.
