Off-street parking on the back or in the garage. Three bedrooms and two full baths. Stainless steel electric stove, Dishwasher, Fridge, Garbage Disposal, and Washer/Dryer in the basement. Semi-finished basement. Rent is $1600 a month, not including utilities. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (water, electricity, gas). Minimum verifiable monthly income of $4800, stable job, good credit history, and no eviction record is required. Pet is per landlord approval on a case-by-case basis. Listed and managed by a real estate agent related to the landlords. I will not ask any tenant to fill out an application and pay a deposit before you see the house in person. So if you receive an email sent with an application and deposit request before coming to see the house, it is a scam and it is not from me. Renters are responsible for all utilities including water, gas and electric. No smoking cigarette or weed is allowed inside the property at any time.
