Off-street parking on the back or in the garage. Three bedrooms and two full baths. Stainless steel electric stove, Dishwasher, Fridge, Garbage Disposal, and Washer/Dryer in the basement. Semi-finished basement. Rent is $1600 a month, not including utilities. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (water, electricity, gas). Minimum verifiable monthly income of $4800, stable job, good credit history, and no eviction record is required. Pet is per landlord approval on a case-by-case basis. Listed and managed by a real estate agent related to the landlords. I will not ask any tenant to fill out an application and pay a deposit before you see the house in person. So if you receive an email sent with an application and deposit request before coming to see the house, it is a scam and it is not from me.
