The property boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a master en suite with amazing views of the lake. The property is used as a short-term rental during the summer months, and is available as a monthly rental November through March each year. There is a private sandy beach, and expansive deck space. The main floor has wall-to-wall windows so you can enjoy the amazing water views. This property is fully furnished, and rent includes utilities (gas, electric, trash, and high speed internet). The property is on a septic system and uses well water. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance and snow removal. The garage is off-limits as it is used for owner storage currently. There is also a required monthly cleaning/maintenance check at owner's expense. There is no cost to the tenant unless unreasonable damage is discovered that is above and beyond normal wear and use. No pets and no smoking allowed. Interested tenants must pay an application fee and successfully pass both a credit and background check. There is also a required security deposit equal to one month's rent. Interested tenants must also provide proof of consistent income that equals a minimum of three times the monthly rent.
