Please inform us if you want to rent the property unfurnished -The rent includes Wi-Fi -Other utilities such as gas, electric, water and sewer are tenant responsibility (billed according to use). -Small dogs up to 30lbs and service animals are allowed. -No Smoking (cigarettes or cannabis) or Vaping is allowed inside the property. If Smoking/Vaping is found to happen in the property, a penalty fee of $300.00 will be imposed plus other cleaning fees TBD by a professional. -Attic, Basement and Garage are not included in the rent and is off limits to guests/tenants. -Basement can be emptied if needed for additional storage and access to boiler and electric panel. -Rent/Lease Terms 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months or longer.
