Well maintained easy to care for SFH with a small yard to mow. Wood laminate floors throughout the home. Highland Manor is a fairly quiet neighborhood of about 200 homes just west of Hagerstown. Seven mins to Walmart, Home Depot, malls, fast food, dining, ect. Convenient to I-81 and 70. Pilot Has Station and Royal Farms close by. 30 mins to Frederick Martinsburg and Greencastle. We prefer no pets. But 1 well behaved small insurance approved dog may be considered. There would be a $25 monthly pet fee. No smoking no vaping on the property. Stove and refrigerator are less than a year old. The house has a lot of windows for lots of sunshine. There is a small shed in back for lawn tools and a small amount of storage. Renter is responsible for all utilities Water, Sewer, Gas, Electric. House has gas furnace with central A/C and gas stove. Small dog under 20 pounds will be considered if insurance approved. There would be a $25 per month fee if approved. There is a washer and dryer there but we no longer repair or replace them. There is a $25 per adult application fee for credit and background checks that we obtain through Landlord Association to which we belong.
