You can walk right down to Pavilion Beach within 10 minutes and access to Clark Beach. Fully furnished and equipped for a relaxing vacation or extended stay. Plenty of sporting and touring activities in the area. 2 Bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Small driveway enough for 1-2 cars. No Year-long rentals. Multi-month rental only from November 25 through May 19. Tenant will pay utilities at actual usage charge for internet/cable, electricity, gas (stove & hot water) and oil (heat). No Pets. No Smoking. No Parties. REQUIRED: monthly cleaning by a professional cleaner. $120 per Cleaning.
