The Shady House is two and one half miles to the Woodstock Green on a privet driveway. The Google map does not show a correct location, call me for description. Its on two and a half acres of land with mountain views, water falls and swimming holes. There are eight rooms; Living room, dinning room , washroom, movie room, three bedrooms, mudroom and a study room. There is a stone porch and stone patio. Many windows and three doors that open to the outdoors. All the floors are oak wood except the master bedroom. There is one large walk-in closet, closets in the bedrooms and in the movie room. The stone fireplace is in working condition. tenant is responsible for WIFI, Electric, Heating oil, Lawncare . Landlord is responsible for Snowplowing
