This newly renovated home is located within 1-2 miles of 5 area hospitals and less than a 10 min drive to several others. It is very close to downtown without being in the heart of downtown traffic. This comfortable home boasts brand new furnishings in every rooms, two spacious bedrooms, each with a private full bath, a sitting area, and a large closet. The common areas include a full kitchen, living room, dining space, coffee bar, and a half bathroom. The kitchen is full equipped and extends into a delightful coffee bar for those late night and early morning shifts. The living area includes a sofa bed for hosting visitors and a half bathroom for convenience. There are two sofa beds in total available for accommodating visitors. The private outdoor patio is a great place to relax and enjoy the inviting ambiance with music and good company.
