Each room also is equipped with its own smart tv, while Wi-Fi is throughout. Washer and dryer are located in the mud room and extra storage is available in the basement and detached garage. Outside are two patio areas, one uncovered, the other covered, and outdoor games. Pets will be considered; but fee will be $250 and non refundable. Deposit Due at signing: $1,500 ($500 will be non-refundable for cleaning). Owner pays all utilities and yard care. 2 month minimum lease, but able to do longer term as well. No smoking inside property.
