Beautiful brick house with ample space and a fire-place. This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom, a large living room, separate dining room, sunroom, and backyard. The kitchen has a nearby storage room and opens into a backyard, making it ideal for entertaining guests. Washer & dryer available in the basement. Located in the charming South River neighborhood, this home is close to transportation, shops (around 10 minutes drive to to Best Buy, Walmart, ShopRite, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.), Brunswick Square mall, Banks, parks (10 minutes to Sayreville Kennedy Park). The pics uploaded are with the furniture and other things in the rooms since it's still occupied. Some of them will be removed when the tenant moves in (on a case-to-case basis). Will be renting it as partially furnished. There is parking space for two big SUVs in front of the house and ample space for off-street parking as well. Access to a 77-inch 4k OLED TV in the living room (unfortunately, this cannot be removed). Free Wi-Fi. For Tesla owners: Tesla charger installed in the garage. There are also two supercharging stations very close to the home (one near the mall and other near Wawa) Looking only for tenants with very good credit scores. One small-dog can be allowed (if this is a deal-breaker, can talk about it during the visit). Owner pays for Utilities (Electricity, Water, Gas). Free Wifi. No fees for garbage collection. The owner has to place the waste-basket on the front, Wednesday nights. No smoking inside the house (very strict about this). I might be able to leave some of the furnitures in the home for the tenant on a case-by-case basis. I'm looking to rent this for one-year and very likely extend it. There are some security cameras which I have installed in the front of the house and by the side. Those will have to remain there for security reasons.
