Tenants Responsibilities are as follows: * Renters Insurance: 1.) The Tenant is required to have Renters Insurance (This is normally very cheap, I recommend State Farm or Geico) * Mini Split AC Mx: 1.) The Tenant must remove and wash mini split filters every 3 months in the sink, allow them to completely dry before reinstalling. 2.) The Mini Split unit outside has a see-through tube that can become clogged due to the calcification of water deposits. My neighbor is an expert in Mini Split Mx, and he will be happy to help. * Yard Mx: 1.) The Tenant must take care of yard maintenance (I have a yard guy who I can refer)
