Any dog with a prior history of attacking or biting causing bodily injury to person(s) or another animal Exceptions to breed type can be considered if: -Applicant provides a "Canine Good Citizen" certificate issued by the American Kennel Club for the dog -The animal is trained as a Service Dog (e.g., seeing guide dogs, pet therapy) -Police dogs which are owned by or in the care, custody, or control of an insured that is trained in handling police dogs Approximately 1 1/2 year lease. Lease runs through March 31, 2025 then automatically renews. No smoking in the house or garage. Up to 2 approved pets allowed with $100 pet deposit and additional $30 per pet per month rent. No dog breeds considered dangerous, cats must be neutered.
