The yard had been well groomed while we were in the home. There is a storage building on the property large enough to store two motorcycles or yard equipment. The house also has a large grandmother's attic for lots of storage. We are looking for a two-year renter or longer. The renter is responsible for power, water, trash, and gas bills. The renter is also responsible for the upkeep of the yard, trash and, recycle. refrigerator, stove and microwave are included. Smoking is not permitted inside the home and must be contained when outside. Non-smokers are preferred. Small pets are allowed. We love animals! However, any damage to the home or yard from pets is separate from the deposit.
