Our cozy two bedroom, one bath carriage house feels like a secrete secluded hide-away in the rear of the property. Parking is available along our quiet well-lit street. Feel free to enjoy the large fenced in yard, grille on the communal BBQ, and enjoy the serenity on the front porch. This is a two-story house, which does have steps to get to the front door, so may not be appropriate for those with mobility issues. The home comes with all the kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries, a fun collection of books, board games, and puzzles for you to relax and enjoy; and if anything is needed the owner lives in the primary residence on-site. One bedroom comes with a desk for live/work/school, with dresser storage throughout for all your cozy sweaters or flip flops - depending on the season! There is also a fire-pit that you are welcome to enjoy. We welcome dogs of all sizes, with a fully fenced in yard, but our lovely pup is on site; so some coordination when enjoying the yard will be needed. Utilities included: water & internet; renter responsible for electric & gas. Owner lives on premises. Pets allowed with $100/month pet rent. No smoking inside, cleaning will be removed from deposit if smoking indoors.
