I am sorry but no pets are accepted The house has a large living room and dining room separated by an arch. Both have ceiling fans and a laminate hard wood floor. Both bedrooms are carpeted and also have ceiling fans. There is a small working kitchen, and a laundry room. This house is perfect for a single person or a small family. Tenant pays all utilities and maintains the grounds. Lease term is for one year. Following the first year it will roll over into a month by month lease. We can renew for a one year term at the tenants request.
