Rent is price-fixed for 3-years with year to year lease, provide that there are no late rental payments during the rental term and compliant with lease terms. Rent will be fixed at same rate for 3-years provided it is paid in full on or before the due date and compliant with the terms of the lease. Small dogs (20 pounds or less) and/or cats permitted. Pet deposit is required. No smoking inside the house. Owner pays pest control, sewer, and garbage. Tenant pays water, gas, electric, cable/internet, and renters insurance w/liability coverage. Proof of renter's insurance to be provided prior to move-in and at each insurance renewal. Failure to abide by these terms and lease will negate price-fixed 3-year lease term.
