Will be ready for September 2022. The home is being totally remodeled. Everything in the home will be brand new and modern. It is in a very nice neighborhood and the end of a cul-de-sac. This is a quite neighborhood and the home has a wooded forest in the back yard with a small river about 50 yards back. This area is perfect for fishing, swimming, and relaxing in nature. It will have all new kitchen with eclectic stove, microwave, garbage disposal, microwave and dishwasher. Both bathrooms will be new with tub/shower. Flooring will be new, with carpet in the bedrooms. All pluming is new, HVAC will be new and efficient, insulation is new so the utilities will be very affordable. The photos are of another recently renovated property and this home will look very similar. We collect first and last months rent and require no security deposit. Instead we use an insurance product called Say Rhino which covers the security deposit for a small monthly fee. This service will help improve credit. This is a non-smoking home. Each applicant over the age of 18 will need to fill out an application. As part of the application we will verify income, check credit, verify employment if needed, we will run a criminal check, and in needed verify rental history. Certain pets are allowed with approved pet application, pet fee $50/Each pet and monthly pet rent $25/mo. per pet.
