The third floor is carpeted and has a split so you can add more heat or cooling. Very comfortable for hanging out. Perfect for movies and gaming. Bricked south side of the property offers off-street parking for 2-3 cars. There is also 2 stalls off street parking off the alley. Solar panels and a newer high efficiency furnace / air conditioner offset costs, make the home more comfortable with the original vents and don't break the bank with costs.
