Furnished 3-bedroom home on a 1.5 acre lot in the Painted Hills neighborhood available through May 1st. We're seeking low-impact tenants willing to care for our pet cat in exchange for rent that is well below the market rate. Excellent views of several nearby mountain ranges. Superb biking/hiking/skiing nearby. We have some flexibility on specific dates. We are unable to accommodate other pets. Amenities include: Fully equipped kitchen, large oven, toaster oven, coffee maker Dishwasher and in-house laundry room with modern appliances Master bedroom: fully furnished with queen bed, full bath, large walk-in closet Upstairs: fully furnished bedroom with double bed and full bath Downstairs: fully furnished bedroom with double bed, full bath and large living room Utilities etc: Gas, electric and WiFi included in rent We are interested in leasing our house from December 1st through May 1st of 2024 at a rate that is well below the monthly average for comparable properties in Bozeman. We're seeking tenants that will be responsible house-sitters and take care of our cat Pearl and our house plants. Lease terms are 1st and last month's rent plus $2300 security deposit. Utilities and WiFi are included.
