This property is a three-bedroom, one-bath, and one-car detached garage located in Fairborn, Ohio. This property is located near 675 and Wedgewood/Community Park. Amenities include a stove, refrigerator, central air, wood laminate flooring, and carpeting. This property will be available approximately November 15th, 2023. Lease Terms and Requirements; A one-year term lease is required. If applicable, we accept short-term leasing for $125 PER month to the monthly rent. We do not accept applications through Zillow. The application fee is $60 PER applicant, is non-refundable, and does NOT guarantee approval of the property. The application is on file for 40 days and is processed in the order received. A decision will not be made until all applicants have completed their portion in its entirety. Additional documents may be required to complete the process. Once approved, the deposit is required to hold the property off the market. Applicants have 48 Hours or the property will be offered to the next approved applicant. Furthermore, the applicant will have 14 days to sign the lease (excludes Section 8 Vouchers). Once a lease date is determined, all required utility bills must be transferred to the new tenant's name for that date. For example, if the Lease signing date is scheduled for November 15th, then the utilities must be scheduled for service on that date. WE REQUIRE A $300 DEPOSIT FOR THE WATER UTILITIES. The deposit is returned after the final water utility bill is sent and PAID IN FULL. A non-refundable PET FEE is $500 PER PET. This fee does NOT cover any damages from the pet(s). Please refer to all city ordinances. The tenant is responsible for all utilities, general upkeep, and maintenance for this property.
