Kitchen and bathroom faucets are new. New garage door just installed for the two car garage. All the interior light fixtures were just replaced with new fixtures. Home is just minutes away from Rome or Camden NY. Renters are responsible for all utilities which include electric, outdoor grade heating oil, garbage removal, snow removal for the driveway and the roof eves if needed. Renters are also responsible for mowing the lawn. Renters are responsible for the upkeep of the property inside and outside, no vehicles of any kind are to be parked on the lawn including campers. All garbage is to be kept in the proper cans that the renters or garbage company of your choice provides. No pets are allowed inside or outside of the property. A monthly inspection will be conducted by the landlord with 24 hour notice to the renter. First month's rent plus the security deposit will be expected at the time of the signing of the lease. The only person's allowed to be living at this rental property are the people listed on the lease agreement. Prior to lease be signed, background check and proof of employment must be provided. No smoking inside the home.
