House is 10 blocks from Flathead Lake, 1.5 miles from hospital, and 1 mile to downtown (I walk/ride a bike all the time). 60 miles to Missoula, 45 miles to Kalispell. Rental Conditions: Rent is $1,700, month to month. $500 REFUNDABLE security deposit. $200 NON REFUNDABLE cleaning fee (sorry, cleaners are expensive). I prefer shorter term rentals, between 1 and 3 months but that is negotiable. Included: Water/Sewer, Trash, Electricity (all utilities). NOT Included/allowed: Access to garage, large parties, other people's pets, smoking inside. Additional attributes: Fenced yard, off street parking, front and back porch, window unit a/c in both rooms, new stove, fridge, and dishwasher, bbq grill, large storage for gear is in basement, corner lot with big yard. Rent is month to month. Accepted via zelle or personal check. $500 refundable security deposit. Security deposit will be returned upon assessment of property manager after tentant has vacated the premise. $200 NON Refundable cleaning fee No smoking inside, no large parties, please park on the driveway, and do not upset my awesome neighbors!
