About This Property

Our home will be available as a rental Nov 29, 2023 and will be unfurnished. At the end of a cal-da-sac with no yard behind, this 3 bed 2 bath, 2 car garage on nearly a 1/4 acre is great for entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying the quiet. This home is light and bright with lots of windows, a gas fireplace, and wonderfully private, large backyard. Laminate wood look floors throughout, blinds or plantation shutters on all windows. Sprinkler system for front and backyard, and drip system for the garden beds if you would like to try your hand at some fresh vegetables. One dog or cat will be allowed with additional deposit and upon landlords approval. Water (up to $100 per month) is included in rent. Tenant to pay other utilities and maintain yard. Twice a year yard service for tree/shrub/leaves clean up will be provided. Refrigerator will be present but is not included; in the event it breaks tenant will need to provide their own fridge. Washer and dryer hook ups. Central air/heat, gas stove, dishwasher, 12 month lease minimum to start with month to month option or new lease after. Owner will pay water up to $100 per month. (Our water bill, 2 adults, and lawn watering has never exceeded this and we have placed a cap of $100 in the hopes of preventing excessive water usage.) Any bill amount over $100 will be disclosed to tenant to be added to following months rent. Tenant pays all other utilities and maintains yard other than 2 services per year paid by owner for tree/scrub trimming and sprinkler system set up and turn off. Owner or representative will change the air filter up to 4 times per year. A minimum of 24 hour notice will be given for any of these services and owner will accommodate tenants schedule when possible. A dog or cat will be permitted upon approval, if possible, owner would like to meet the pet first. 12 month lease. Rent of $2500 will be due the first of each month. A one month rent security deposit required along with proof of Renters Insurance. No smoking allowed. The garage fits two vehicles and some shelving will be provided. If your vehicle has a fluid leak, we ask you to place a piece of cardboard under the leak for parking.
