We offering a peaceful, relaxing and safe environment with beautiful views and easy access driveway on property. It has a large porches to enjoy outdoor views. The house has all the amenities including ATT Wifi, Security cameras, smoke , CO2 detector and fire extinguisher, a full gourmet kitchen. It has 2 wood burning stoves, one in the master suite and one in the living room. All the furnishings and finishes in the house are high end. Antique long leaves pine wood floors, cement tiles and limestone in the bathrooms. The house layout are all on the same level. No smoking inside the house. Pets: No Fleas please and Renter liability insurance. Located From 321 Lamar Alexander Pkwy to W. Miller Cove Rd. Go 1.3 miles to Right on Medlin Ln. Very close to Black Berry Farms. First months rent plus security deposit and ( all utilities) due at or before signing of lease. Tenants is responsible to pay for water, gas and electric (all utilities). Non refundable cleaning fee of $650.00
