Water/sewer/trash (all on one bill). REQUIREMENTS: All applicants over 18 years must complete a $30 Credit, Criminal and Eviction Screening. A minimum of 2.5 times verifiable household income compared to the property's rent. We ask that you please provide proof of income for the last 90 days to show employment stability. 2.
