There are 5 lakeside parks in Cape Royale for you to sit and enjoy the water, drop a line in or even swim. Long term renters will have access to all the community amenities in Cape Royale like the swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and gym. Grocery store about 10 minutes away, small marina convenience store about 3 minutes away. enjoy the serenity of the Sam Houston National Forest! Owner is responsible for all utility bills. Furnished is preferred but please give us advanced notice if you'd like us to move furniture out. No smoking or pets allowed. Pets considered on case by case basis with a non-refundable pet fee.
