Brand new manufactured home that has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! It comes with a shed outside for storage, a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and washer/dryer hookups. There is a beautiful master bedroom with master bathroom attached and the other bedroom is in the front of the home with a bathroom in the hallway! Renters are responsible for all utilities (water, sewer & trash) You put gas and electric into your name. We do have a non refundable pet deposit of $250 due at move in and 1 pet is $50/month and 2 pets are $60/month. We allow 2 pets per home and we do have dog breed restrictions. There is also no smoking in the home! We have community guidelines for the park if you do have any questions please just let me know.
