Our bay-side beach house is located right on the Back Bay of Sandbridge, VA. It had great views of the water, three balconies, and a short walk to the ocean. House is fully furnished - a perfect place for transitioning family to Virginia Beach, or a relaxing retreat. The house is typically rented from Memorial day - Labor day so we are renting it out in the off season. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware etc. TV's have cable, smart TV, and wifi included. Month to month rentals allowed. Owner pays for trash and water. Renters will be responsible for electric and gas - however will not have to set up service (owner will provide the bill at the end of the month).
