Fully furnished. Owner pays for Internet, lawn care, and electricity. Renter pays for landline (recommended) and cable if desired. Most cellular providers do not provide service in the area. Renter doesn't have access to 1 car garage or basement. No smoking. No pets. Background and credit check required. $250 security deposit is nonrefundable.
