Gated entry to the home brings you into the kitchen which is very well stocked with needed cooking utensils and appliances. The kitchen is large and has an island with 4 barstools. Drip coffee for coffee lovers, also a tea kettle. Lite breakfast options provided. Next to the kitchen there is a dining area with seating at the table for six people. The living room is just beyond the dining area and is super comfortable with views of the lake, a sofa and two chairs and a console table with 3 bar stools, which make a perfect place for a rest after a long day on the lake. Sliding doors in the living room lead out to the deck! This area will be a popular spot to hang out during your stay. All the views are here along with protection from the sun, what more could you need?! The deck has lighting, ceiling fan, 4 rocking chairs, 2 chairs and 2 couches. Back inside on the second floor are two bedrooms off of the living room as well as two bathrooms. The first bedroom features a king bed with en suite bathroom and access to the deck. The second room features a full bed and twin, perfect for guests with a little one. The spiral staircase is located between these two bedrooms and leads you to a downstairs game room which will certainly be popular spot for your kids and family. Complete with a recilner, tv and a sofa. A sliding door gives you views of the lake. This home is at the end of a small cove and looks out at the cove and larger part of the lake which makes for incredible views and sunsets. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, one queen and one twin with trundle bed. There is a full bath downstairs and a laundry room. The downstairs deck has a traeger grill and picnic table to grill out and relax. There is also a fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs by the lake. Back outside there is a dock with clears to tie up your boat. There are plenty of boat ramps nearby and this a is a quiet cove, so no problem tying your boat up. We have a boat lift to use at an extra fee, just ask. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy is 8 and 2 vehicles. Please come and have a good time but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property. We love our neighbors and want to be extremely considerate of their peace and property! Noise curfew is in effect from 10pm-8am. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES Last months rent due at signing. No use of boat lifts. Fully furnished. Utilities included. Requires min cleaning every 2 weeks ($185)
