BEDROOM The space provided a comfortable bedroom to accommodate a total 3 adults and one child. If you forgot to bring your cell phone charger, don't worry, you'll find a Cell phone charger. BATHROOM The full bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer for your convenience. KITCHEN & LOUNGE For preparing and heating foods, two electrical oven, microwave oven, a coffee maker and a gas fire grill (on deck) cooking are provided. There is also a laundry closet located with detergent and dryer sheets provided. OUTSIDE SPACE Step out onto the back deck and take in the spectacular mountain views. Sit back on the outdoor furniture and simply relax and enjoy a hot cup of coffee. On nice evenings, enjoy a meal around the outdoor dining table or take a seat in one of the four chairs and table and share stories around the fire pit. you can lease for one month up to 12 months. The rent for one month to 6 months is $2000. The rent for 6 months to 1 year is $1500. Security deposit for one month $500. Security deposit for more than one month is negotiable.
