This recently remodeled home is ready for a new family. Built in 1950, it is 1224 SF. Rent is $1500, not including utilities (all electric). The refundable security deposit is $1700. The back yard is fenced in. Central heat and air throughout. You can bring your own fridge or you can lease ours for an extra $50/mo; you can also bring your own washer/dryer or rent ours for an extra $50/mo. There is small additional pet rent per month, based on the pet's weight. There is also a refundable pet deposit, also based on the pet's weight. (Sorry, but my insurance company won't allow dogs that are on their list of "hostile breeds," such as Pits and a handful of others.) To qualify, your verifiable monthly income must be at least 3x rent ($4500/mo), and your credit score should be 600 or higher (although exceptions may be made on a case by case basis). Minimum lease is for 1 year, and long-term renters are welcome. Application fee is $56 per adult. HUD tenants welcome.
