No parking any vehicles in the grass, via city ordinance. Grass must stay cut via city ordinance, if a violation fee is issued, tenant will pay the fee for failure to adhere to warning of the violation. If you would like to add a monthly lawn service to contract, that will be an additional $70/ monthly. Baby/ butt wipes/ and sanitary tampons cannot be flushed down toilet, even if it reads flushable, please discard in trash. If plumbing is compromised due to these items, it will come out of security deposit at end of lease. Trash day is Tuesday Morning, trash & recycle bins must be placed across the street from home on the edge of the street.
