The space The location is within walking distance to public transportation, both the Max Light Rail line, and the bus. Right near: New Seasons, Green Zebra, and Fred Meyer. Neighboring Alberta Arts, Kenton, Dekum Triangle and St. Johns.Its a quick drive or train ride to downtown, East Portland or Vancouver. This house has an oversized living room with wood floors and a big, bright windows. A large dining table and a small breakfast table offer plenty of seating and work space. The red bedroom has a full size memory foam bed, and a queen size memory foam bed in the blue bedroom. Its equipped with a refrigerator, electric range, and complete with all dish-ware and cookware. Utilities and Internet are provided, and a washer and dryer are on site for use. Light and bright, with the original wood floors refinished throughout. This two bedrooms home works well for up to four people. The bedrooms are comfortable and private and allow for individual space. The bathroom has a bathtub and a pedestal sink. The enormous common space is open and bright, perfect for relaxing, socializing, or watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. The full-size dining room table seats six and can double as ample workspace. The kitchen with quartz countertops and a dishwasher is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook at home.
