This is a 200 sq ft tiny house, with a 100 sq ft covered deck on a secluded 1/4 acre of pasture with a fire pit and secure front gate. There's plenty of room for a garden or small pets. There are also larger pastures available for rent. Tiny house has high speed internet, heating, a/c, loft, mini-fridge, propane grill, washer/dryer and bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. There is NO KITCHEN. For an additional $200 per month you can park you large trailer here as well. This property has a space for your RV/Trailer/5th wheel/mobile home with all the hook-ups. The property is 30 minutes from Portland, 20 minutes from Oregon City, 10 minutes from Estacada, and 1 mile from Milo McIver State Park. The tiny house has a dedicated ethernet cable and can be setup in renter's name if desired.
