Private gated property. A quiet furnished cottage on acreage with all the amenities. The cozy cottage is behind the main house nestled in the trees. A large bedroom with a comfy king sized bed, tv, and a sitting area with a desk. A full kitchen with everything you'll need. The quaint dining area is spacious. The living area has a plush sofa sleeper (queen) and loveseat for lounging and a TV. The bathroom has a walk in shower. Apple, pear, and walnut trees for you to enjoy. A secluded place but only a 5 minute drive to Salem. The cottage was a prior AirBnB rental. I try to give renters the utmost privacy but since I live in the main house on the property I am always available if issues arise. This will be a 6 month lease with the possibility to continue with a month to month. The $800 deposit is refundable. The renter is responsible for any streaming services. The owner is responsible for: electrical, gas, Wifi, water, sewer, garbage and lawn maintenance. Smoking allowed outside only. No pets allowed. I have 2 dogs (Jasper - Labradoodle and Sophie - Havanese) that roam the property. The outdoor yard is a shared space with the main house.
