Great family home with large bedrooms, including master suite with walk-in closet and jacuzzi tub, plus two other rooms with built-in desks. The home is an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, and is on a very quiet cul-de-sac with great neighbors, situated within Salem's best public school district. We installed new, high-quality carpeting throughout two years ago. We also rebuilt the small backyard deck and added a new refrigerator two years ago, plus added a new stove and microwave recently. We are putting new sod in the yard as well as planting some new privacy bushes. Lawn care is provided, washer and dryer included in a separate laundry room, there's a large, private back yard, RV parking with full hook up on the side, and pets are okay with additional deposit. Our family built this home in the 90s, and we are very hands off yet attentive landlords who are open to longer leases.
