Tenant is responsible for all other utilities, maintaining lawn regular lawn care, and the overall visual appearance of the property in accordance with HOA regulations. -Comes with access to a community pool and private community dock area. Dock rentals are the responsibility of the tenant. -Lease terms is 12 months. We do not accept anyone with previous evictions. No exceptions.
